This weekend our sponsored rider Sam Lawton is packing up the van and heading to Glencoe Mountain for the 4th round of the SDA’s. The team at Glencoe Mountain Resort have been busy sprucing up the track and we think it looks SICK! Fast flow sections, rowdy rock gardens culminating in table tops at the finish line, this round has the potential to be even more exciting than the Fort Bill race.
Our staff couldn’t say enough good things about the track when they came back from a day’s riding on the Red track, it’s seriously good fun! The track is closed this weekend (3rd and 4th of August) and back open soon after. Check out the track, cafe and more after the race weekend.
Round 4 isn’t only an SDA. Like round 2 in Fort William, this weekend in Glencoe is a BDS meaning there’ll be even more riders on track. Competition will be fierce and Sam’s hungry to race. Going into the race, he holds an impressive 3rd in the overall SDA standings
