Director of Operations

Living in Fort William since 1991, Foss is the main driving force behind the reincarnation of Off Beat Bikes! Always full of craic and up for a challenge, Foss is happy on a bike or on the hill. He completed his 21st Ben Nevis Race last September! Cytec Technical Level 2 qualified. Shimano Electric Bike qualified.

Nicky Sharratt

Relief Manager

Nicky has lived in Fort William all her life and has always been involved in lots of outdoor activities. Mountain biking, running, swimming and a bit of anything else thrown in; Nicky’s enthusiasm for practical, stylish kit will ensure you’ll get expert advice! Nicky has achieved her Cytech Level 2 Technical Certificate along with both Shimano and Bosch Electric Bike Qualifications.

Richard has a wealth of experience working in bike shops, bike guiding and building bike trails. He holds the Mountain Bike Leadership Level 3 Award. He has now moved North with his fiance and 2 young girls.

Calum is into anything biking and has a great knowledge on cool components and repairs. Calum’s skills and experience include Cytec Technical Level 2 and Mountain Bike Leadership Level 2.

Johnny is a keen biker and completed the Megavalanche in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He has discovered many countries on family cycle holidays including Scotland, France, Spain, Sardinia, Italy, Canary Islands and Holland.

Local girl Lyndsey Shaw is one determined women. Recently completing the West Highland Way in only 3 days, she's also completed many Ben Nevis Races and many more hill and bike events too.

Liam, a graduate from Lochaber College is a runner and biker. He has completed lots of time trials in 2018 His running results are improving day by day so who knows what 2019 will bring.

Dave is a really keen cyclist and talented in all disciplines. Competing in Enduros, Downhill Races, Sportives and Time Trials, he's got sound experience to help give top advice.
